Generate an Apple Touch Icon
Select an image from your computer, upload it and generate an Apple Touch Icon instantly!
Use the above generator to generate an Apple Touch Icon.
This generator will accept the following image types:
• PNG (.png files)
• GIF (.gif format)
• JPG (.jpg/jpeg format)
• BMP (Bitmap)
This generator supports transparency for PNG and GIF images, so you will not see a square outline of your image when a transparent GIF or PNG is uploaded.
Apple Touch icons must be in .png format and should be placed in the root directory, however, like FavIcons, they may be placed anywhere as long as the path is specified correctly. Mobile Safari automatically looks in the root directory for a file named "apple-touch-icon.png".
